These are general one-shots I wrote quite recently (no, not years ago, because I cringe when I see my twelve and thirteen-year-old stories).

• Pagsapit ng Umaga
  Isang alternatibong wakas ng El Filibusterismo ni Jose Rizal.

• The Wait for Punishment
  She kisses him; hesitant at first, until the moment the pink of her lips comes to touch his.

• Flowers for the Children
  She ignores the grass on her skin, the grass under her feet, and skips around one of the sprinklers, as if dancing to ask the gods for rain. However, the weather is just the opposite. The clouds clear up and once again, sunlight harshly touches her skin.
